What we ask of every pupil, so that the school stays calm, safe and focused on learning. Most of it comes down to arriving on time, properly dressed and ready to work.
Mental and Physical Wellbeing
We hold the wellbeing of our pupils in the highest regard, in mind and in body. Nurturing both is essential to personal growth and spiritual development, in line with Islamic teaching on caring for oneself and for one another.
Mental health affects everyone, and we stand against the stigma that sometimes surrounds it. Pupils can talk to any member of staff about a worry, and we encourage regular exercise and good nutrition as part of caring for the body as a trust from Allah.

Homework
Homework is an essential part of learning here. It builds independent study habits, reinforces what was taught in class, and keeps parents involved in their son’s learning.
Purpose
To reinforce classroom learning, develop research skills and build the habit of working regularly.
Organisation
Every task and its deadline is written in the pupil’s planner. Work is achievable with the materials a pupil already has.
Responsibility
Pupils complete work by the deadline and bring their planner to school every day.
Parents
Parents check and sign the planner each week, as does the form tutor.
